In 2009 the building at 111 Roy Street was sold to a meals-on-wheels operation in Plateau Mont Royal called Santropol Roulant - proof that art and architecture has the ability to transform environments - in this case from artistic enrichment space to food production community center. The spirit of Roy Street Collective has infiltrated many Markus and Genova projects and they are continually in search of unconventional spaces to mount their multimedia art and architecture shows.

In 2006 Grant Genova designs the show "Kingdom on the Rock" for Louise Markus's paintings of Newfoundland fishing stages. Markus secures an abandonned building in downtown St. John's and invites the public for a week long exhibition.
